How much should I take and how?

Take one capsule (1x) daily without chewing with at least two large glasses of water.

When should I take the capsule?

Take approximately 15 to 30 minutes before or immediately during your breakfast.

I have difficulty swallowing capsules.

You can dissolve the contents of one capsule in water and drink it.

If you forget to take it, please do not take a double dose the next time you take it.
The recommended consumption amount is one (1) capsule per day.
We advise you not to take it if you are pregnant or have just become a mother.
